I loved this house and I've taken great care of it. I've bought and sold before, but when this was all coming together and it finally hit me that I was moving on from 4 Wayland, I got emotional in a way I didn't expect.

It’s been amazing living here. I have always felt a sense of belonging here which is hard to put into words. It's the neighbours and the street and all the memories I've made here that made it so hard to leave.

You're going to love how close you are to the beach and the boardwalk. There's something special about that in a city this size and it never gets old. The neighbourhood itself is just full of life, great families, kids everywhere, and the schools are right around the corner.

And when you need the city, it's right there. A short drive or a quick transit ride and you're downtown. You get the best of both.
